The Morning Show is an American TV show created by Jay Carson. Its premiere took place on November 1st, 2019, on the Apple TV+ streaming platform. The series’ basis was a book named ‘Top of the Morning: Inside the Cutthroat World of Morning TV’ written by the chief editor of CNN, Brian Stelter. The show’s stars are Jennifer Aniston (Alex Levy), Reese Witherspoon (Bradley Jackson), and Steve Carell (Mitch Kessler). The TV program has two complete seasons, while the third is in progress.
Meaning and history
Alex Levy is the face of The Morning Show, translated from Manhatten on the UBA channel. The show has perfect ratings and is recognized as a game-changer in American television. Following the dismission of her colleague, Mitch Kessler, due to a sexual behavior scandal in which he is the main figurant, Alex fights her way to keep the position of the chief of the show. In doing so, she blows a competition with a reporter named Bradley Jackson, whose line of impulsive decisions brings her to a new world of television journalism.

2019 – today
The logotype of The Morning Show depicts the wordmark with the letter ‘o’ looking like a solid circle. Above the letter ‘m’, the designers wrote the word ‘the’ as wide as the character. Below the last ‘ng’ symbols, they placed the word ‘show’, also having the same width as the two letters above it combined.
The show is marketed as Morning Wars and has another logotype in Australia and Indonesia. It doesn’t show the word ‘the’ and changes the portion ‘show’ to ‘wars’.
Color
The official color palette of The Morning Show includes white for the background and yellow for the words. Sometimes, they repaint the background black. On the Internet, there is also a combined version colored partially black and yellow, and partially black and white.
Font
The brand designers use a capitalized sans-serif typeface to write the text caption. There are small intervals between the bold characters. Its distinctive feature is the letter ‘o’, looking just like a solid circle, reminding a highlight.
